1. What is the maximum weight of Fox Scales?
Fox Digital Scales (EI5302) = 66lb
Stalker Scales (CEI062) = 55lb
2. Where can I find or purchase spare parts for Fox products?
Spare parts are available for Fox products via your local retailer. You can also purchase directly from Fox via our Spares Department tel: +44 (0) 208 559 6500.
3. What are the sizes or dimensions of a particular product?
Sizes and dimensions of a particular product i.e.: Bivvy Sizes are available under the product descriptions of the online catalogue and printed catalogues. If you can not find the size you require please send an email to: customerservices@foxint.com and we will provide you with the requested measurement. All sizes and dimensions are approximate.
4. Is a particular product in stock?
Stock levels of our retailers vary from outlet to outlet. Contact your nearest retailer for a particular item if they do not have the product in store they can obtain a specific item from Fox International or provide lead time information.
5. How do I work out the Optimum Casting Weight of a rod?
The optimum casting weight of a rod is a 1/4oz above the test curve value. i.e.: Warrior ES 2.50lb test curve, Casting weight = up to 2.75oz
6. Where can I find the User Guide of a Fox product?
User Guides where available are uploaded to the web site in .PDF (Portable Document File) format. To view the file you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To find a particular User Guide, click on the catalogues section, the 4 Fox catalogues will appear with a list of product sections under each catalogue heading. Click on the required section, this will bring up a list with thumbnail images of all the products under that section, then click the required product image or title, this will bring you to the individual product description for your required product. Under the table titled Ordering Information you will find a link titled "Download User Guide", once clicked this will either open a .PDF in your web browser or download a .PDF file to your desktop. These files can be kept for later reference or printed out.
7. Can I get my Micron repaired?
Fox offer a repair service for our Micron range. For a standard repair the charge is £27.50 including carriage (£2.50). Repairs can take upto 14 working days. Contact us at customerservices@foxint.com for more information or to arrange a repair.
