Your first port of call should be your local tackle shop. They may then contact Fox International Customer Services. We will try to help over the phone, or request the product is sent back. We will then look to repair the product or send out a replacement FOC (if it’s a manufacturing fault).

Without seeing the break, we can’t give you a definite answer. Again, it’s best to take the product to your local tackle shop or give us a ring. If we can fix the product, we will do. If not, we’ll advise on organising a replacement. If the break is due to an operator error, a cost will usually be charged. We can advise on this when we see the product.

At Fox we pride ourselves on having one of the best teams of angling consultants in the world (that’s no exaggeration). These guys put products through extreme pressure to ensure that once they are launched, the chances of things going wrong is greatly reduced. However, as with all types of manufacturing, very rare glitches do happen. In this instance we will replace, or repair, the product free of charge. Remember, all Fox products are tested for months on end before being released. If a fault is there, we’ll find it before launch!

Stock levels of our retailers vary from outlet to outlet. Contact your nearest retailer for a particular item if they do not have the product in store they can obtain a specific item from Fox International or provide lead time information.

The optimum casting weight of a rod is a 1/4oz above the test curve value. i.e.: Warrior ES 2.50lb test curve, Casting weight = up to 2.75oz.

User Guides where available are uploaded to the web site in .PDF (Portable Document File) format. To view the file you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. To find a particular User Guide, click on the catalogues section, the 4 Fox catalogues will appear with a list of product sections under each catalogue heading. Click on the required section, this will bring up a list with thumbnail images of all the products under that section, then click the required product image or title, this will bring you to the individual product description for your required product. Under the table titled Ordering Information you will find a link titled "Download User Guide", once clicked this will either open a .PDF in your web browser or download a .PDF file to your desktop. These files can be kept for later reference or printed out.
